Mr. Bang graduated from Hanoi University of Law in 2001 and earned an LL.M. in International Law from the Transnational Law & Business University in Seoul, Korea, in 2006. This was further complemented by an LL.M. in U.S. Law from Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University in Virginia, and an LL.M. in U.S. Law and International Business Law from Northeastern University
School of Law in Massachusetts in 2024. He obtained a Ph.D. in International Relations from Selinus University of Sciences and Literature in 2025. He also obtained an EMBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology, Washington, D.C. in 2026. He currently is pursuing Ph.D. programs in International Law and Business in the United States

Trinh Nguyen is one of few lawyers with dual qualification in Australia and Vietnam. Over the past 20 years, Trinh worked at international law firms prior to being a partner at a large national firm and founded a boutique law firm, TNP Law focusing on Infrastructure projects, land-based and sea-based construction front end, and back end since 2017. Trinh concurrently maintains a principal level solicitor license in Victoria, Australia. She also acts as lead counsel in international arbitration with respect to multi-million dollars disputes arisen from sea-based construction projects and complex cross-border investment disputes issues.
Trinh has served two terms as a Vice Chair of Cross-Border Investment Committee under IPBA and has contributed and updated Vietnam Chapter Kluwer Law for Commercial Litigation Publication since 2013. Trinh is the first female fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in Vietnam. Trinh currently serves as the first Chairperson of CIArb Vietnam Chapter and as a Vice chairwoman of the Society of Construction Law of Vietnam (SCLVN).
Trinh pioneers in ADR areas in Vietnam, being Australian Dispute Center accredited mediation empaneled at Vietnam Mediation Center under VIAC. Trinh was engaged as a faculty member in Bootcamp training for Arbitrators and Judges in Vietnam on international Arbitration. Trinh is listed in the panel of arbitrators at KCAB INTERNATIONAL, THAC and listed by VIAC (Vienna International Arbitration Center) as arbitration practitioners for Vietnam jurisdiction.
Ha Duong has more than 20 years of experience in the legal practice. Ha had 7 years of experience working at the Supreme People’s Court, and 14 years of experience working at some leading and professional law firms, as an Associate, Senior Associate and a Partner. Ha graduated from Hanoi Law University in 2003 and obtained a LLM from Melbourne Law School in 2010. She focuses on areas of dispute resolution. She specializes on commercial, employment, investment, corporate and construction laws. She has advised and represented clients in courts or arbitration in a number of remarkable cases in the fields of investment, commerce, infrastructure and construction. Apart from acting as counsel for disputing parties, in 2023, Ha also participated in the arbitration proceedings as party-appointed expert or co-arbitrator in several VIAC arbitrations.
Minh Nguyen is a Partner and Head of Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Practice of APFL Partners. Before joining APFL Partners, Minh was Special Counsel and Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice at a leading law firm in arbitration and dispute resolution in Vietnam. Prior to that, she spent more than ten years with top-tier international law firms and multinational corporations, including Gide Loyrette Nouel and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
She has extensive experience acting in high-value disputes before leading arbitral institutions, including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC). She also regularly advises clients on high-profile executive employment disputes and strategic risk management. Her practice covers a broad range of sectors, including manufacturing, consumer goods and regulated industries. Minh has been ranked as one of 19 most notable dispute resolution lawyers in Vietnam by Chambers and Partners in Chambers Asia Pacific Guide 2026.
Minh is currently a member of Young Singapore International Arbitration Centre Committee (YSIAC Committee) and a member of the Science Council of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC). Minh is also the Vietnam Representative of the Asia-Pacific Forum for International Arbitration (AFIA). Minh has been an Adjunct Lecturer in the Master of Civil Law Program – a joint program between the University of Economics and Law of Vietnam and the University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne – since 2019.
Minh holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Arbitration from Pepperdine University, which she obtained as a Fulbright Scholar. She also attended the Intensive International Commercial Arbitration course at Harvard Law School in 2023.
