Dr. Nguyen Hoai Nghia graduated with a doctorate from SIIT Institute, Thammasat University, Thailand. Currently, Dr. Nghia is the Dean of the Faculty of Construction Engineering and Management, International University (National University, Ho Chi Minh City).
