Chau received Master of Laws (LLM) from Suffolk University Law School in January 2024. Before being accepted and granted scholarships by 3 law schools in the US, she had 10 years of experience working at Japanese law firms in Hanoi and Tokyo as a paralegal and lawyer.

Ms. Thu Giang Bui has more than 14 years of experience working in the legal field, including nearly 6 years at VILAF – one of the leading law firms in Vietnam and nearly 6 years in the Legal Department of Sun Group – one of the largest real estate groups in Vietnam. Before becoming a partner of BHT Justice, Ms. Giang was Deputy Director of Legal Department of Sun Group for nearly 3 years, directly in charge of all legal work in relation to hotel management, non-life insurance and commercial business of the Group. In terms of education, Ms. Giang graduated with 2 bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Law; then trained and obtained a Master of Laws degree at Fordham University, New York, USA under the Fulbright Scholarship program of the US Department of State in 2012. Ms. Giang’s strength is her extensive experience in law and practice in Legal Consulting and Litigation/Dispute Settlement activities in the Commercial Business area,

Minh Nguyen is a Special Counsel and Head of Dispute Resolution Practice of ACSV Legal. She joined ACSV Legal in 2019 after having worked nearly ten years for various international law firms and corporations, including a Magic Circle firm. Prior to joining ACSV Legal, Minh worked as Legal Compliance Manager in the SEA&NZ Business Unit of the largest brewing company in the world. Minh obtained an LLM in 2017 in International Arbitration from Pepperdine University under Fulbright Scholarship with one of the highest-grade point averages in her graduation class. Minh also attended the intensive International Commercial Arbitration course in Harvard Law School in January 2023. As the Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice of ACSV Legal, Minh has directly advised and represented clients in a number of multi-million-dollar cases arbitrated at the SIAC, the ICC, and the VIAC. Minh is currently a member of Young Singapore International Arbitration Centre Committee (YSIAC Committee) and a member of the Legal Science Council of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC). Minh has been an Adjunct Lecturer in the Master of Civil Law Program – a joint program between the University of Economics and Law of Vietnam and the University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne – since 2019.
