The Society of Construction Law – Viet Nam (SCLVN) and Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), and are pleased to announce the upcoming Hochiminh city International Construction Arbitration Conference 2028 (HICAC2028) to be held in Hochiminh City, Vietnam on 06 – 07 April 2028
