SCLVN is deeply honored and grateful to Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR) for inviting us to attend and speak at the ADR Summit 2024 – Beyond Boundaries: The Rise of Asia in Global Dispute Resolution, held on July 26-27.

SCLVN’s representatives included Mr. Nguyen Nam Trung – Chairman of SCLVN and Dr. Le Net.
Mr.Trung shared his perspectives in the session “Exploring the Underrepresented Dispute Resolution Mechanism: Early Neutral Assessment, Dispute Board, Expert Determination, Ombudsmen.” Dr. Le Net also participated in a dynamic panel discussion focused on Asia’s readiness to embrace crypto assets and the unique challenges and opportunities they present for alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
