The Society of Construction Law – Vietnam (SCLVN) , cordially invite your participation to our Conference on Construction Contract and Dispute Resolutions- CCCDR 2025 (“Conference”). CCCDR is SCLVN’s annual event organized since 2020 with target audience are companies in construction industry.
With the theme “Effective Construction Cost Management and Prevention of Payment Disputes”, the Conference is a forum of reputable international and Vietnamese Speakers from the Government Agencies, Employer, Contractor, Law Firms, Consultants, Insurance Firms, Forensic Expert… to share their stories on prevention and mitigation of risks for construction activities, as the Yagi Typhoon has caused severe damage to construction projects in the North of Vietnam.
