  • English: means an organization or individual that acts as a bidder, has their name specified in the letter of bid, and will directly sign and execute the contract, if winning the bid. An investor may participate in the bidding as an independent investor or a consortium member. During the bidding process, investors are referred to as “bidders”
  • Tiếng việt: là tổ chức, cá nhân tham dự thầu, đứng tên dự thầu và trực tiếp ký, thực hiện hợp đồng nếu được lựa chọn. Nhà đầu tư có thể là nhà đầu tư độc lập hoặc nhà đầu tư liên danh
